Hosted as part of the Berkeley AI Summit, the Real-World AI Challenge invites seasoned data scientists, interested data novices, and those with curiosity alone to compete in a 2-hour prediction event. Program: At 1:00pm PT, those who signed up will gain access to a dataset and will have until 3:00pm PT to return it with predictions (using Aible or any other data science platform).  Prizes include:

  • $1000 Grand Prize for the best submission,
  • $500 for the best zero data science background submission, and
  • $100-prizes for runners up and special mentions.
  • Shortlisted potential winners will be notified in advance of the AI Summit.

Immediately prior, Aible will be offering a free in-person (and optional virtual) Data Science Training of their Real-World AI platform. This will be informative for those from all backgrounds. Lunch will be provided. Attendance is NOT required to compete in the Real-World AI Challenge.
